حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ اشْتِمَالِ الصَّمَّائِ وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ عَلَی فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْئٌ
قتیبہ بن سعید، لیث، ابن شہاب، عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ بن عتبہ، حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اشتمال صماء سے اور اس طرح کپڑا اوڑھنے سے، کہ شرمگاہ کھلی رہے، نماز پڑھنے منع سے فرمایا ہے۔
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri Allah's Apostle forbade Ishtimal-As-Samma' (wrapping one's body with a garment so that one cannot raise its end or take one's hand out of it). He also forbade Al-Ihtiba' (sitting on buttocks with knees close to abdomen and feet apart with the hands circling the knees) while wrapping oneself with a single garment, without having a part of it over the private parts.

حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ نَهَی النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ عَنْ اللِّمَاسِ وَالنِّبَاذِ وَأَنْ يَشْتَمِلَ الصَّمَّائَ وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ
قبیصہ بن عقبہ، سفیان، ابوا لزناد، اعرج، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دو (قسم کی) بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے، لماس اور بناذ، اور اسی طرح اشتمال صماء سے اور احتبا سے، (ان دونوں کے معنی گذر چکے ہیں) ۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade two kinds of sales i.e. Al-Limais and An-Nibadh (the former is a kind of sale in which the deal is completed if the buyer touches a thing, without seeing or checking it properly and the latter is a kind of a sale in which the deal is completed when the seller throws a thing towards the buyer giving him no opportunity to see, touch or check it) and (the Prophet forbade) also Ishtimal-As-Samma' and Al-Ihtiba' in a single garment.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي أَبُو بَکْرٍ فِي تِلْکَ الْحَجَّةِ فِي مُؤَذِّنِينَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ نُؤَذِّنُ بِمِنًی أَنْ لَا يَحُجَّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِکٌ وَلَا يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ قَالَ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثُمَّ أَرْدَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ بِبَرَائَةٌ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَأَذَّنَ مَعَنَا عَلِيٌّ فِي أَهْل مِنًی يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ لَا يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِکٌ وَلَا يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ
اسحاق ، یعقوب بن ابراہیم، ابن شہاب کے بھتیجے (محمد بن عبداللہ) زہری، حمید بن عبدالرحمن بن عوف، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ مجھے ابوبکر نے اپنے امیر حج ہونے کے دن بزمرہ موذنین بھیجا تاکہ ہم منی میں یہ اعلان کریں کہ اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج نہ کرے اور نہ کوئی برہنہ (ہو کر) طواف کرے، حمید بن عبدالرحمن (جو ابوہریرہ سے اس حدیث کو روایت کرتے ہیں) کہتے ہیں پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ابوبکر کے پیچھے علی کو بھیجا اور ان کو حکم دیا کہ وہ سورت برات کا اعلان کریں، علی نے قربانی کے دن ہمارے ساتھ منی میں لوگوں میں اعلان کیا کہ اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج نہ کرے اور نہ کوئی برہنہ (ہو کر) کعبہ کا طواف کرے۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: On the Day of Nahr (10th of Dhul-Hijja, in the year prior to the last Hajj of the Prophet when Abu Bakr was the leader of the pilgrims in that Hajj) Abu Bakr sent me along with other announcers to Mina to make a public announcement: "No pagan is allowed to perform Hajj after this year and no naked person is allowed to perform the Tawaf around the Ka'ba. Then Allah's Apostle sent 'All to read out the Surat Bara'a (At-Tauba) to the people; so he made the announcement along with us on the day of Nahr in Mina: "No pagan is allowed to perform Hajj after this year and no naked person is allowed to perform the Tawaf around the Ka'ba."
