عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّهُ کَانَ يَقُولُ ذَکَاةُ مَا فِي بَطْنِ الذَّبِيحَةِ فِي ذَکَاةِ أُمِّهِ إِذَا کَانَ قَدْ تَمَّ خَلْقُهُ وَنَبَتَ شَعَرُهُ

سعید بن مسیب کہتے تھے کہ زکاة پیٹ کے بچہ کی اس کی ماں کی زکات سے ہو جائے گی جب وہ بچہ پورا ہو گیا ہو اور بال نکل آئے ہوں ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yazid ibn Abdullah ibn Qusayt al-Laythi that Said ibn al- Musayyab said, "The slaughter of what is in the womb is included in the slaughter of the mother if it is perfectly formed and its hair has begun to grow."
