Narrated by 'Aisha

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ حَمْزَةَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو الْأَسْلَمِيَّ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَسْرُدُ الصَّوْمَ

مسدد، یحیی، ہشام، عروہ، عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حمزہ بن عمرو اسلمی نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ میں متواتر روزے رکھتا ہوں،

Narrated 'Aisha: Hamza bin 'Amr Al-Aslami said, "O Allah's Apostle! I fast continuously." Narrated 'Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Hamza bin 'Amr Al-Aslami asked the Prophet, "Should I fast while traveling?" The Prophet replied, "You may fast if you wish, and you may not fast if you wish."
