أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَمَنْصُورٌ وَزِيَادٌ وَبَکْرٌ هُوَ ابْنُ وَائِلٍ کُلُّهُمْ ذَکَرُوا أَنَّهُمْ سَمِعُوا مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ سَالِمًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ رَأَی النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَا بَکْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ يَمْشُونَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ الْجَنَازَةِ بَکْرٌ وَحْدَهُ لَمْ يَذْکُرْ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ مُرْسَلٌ

محمد بن عبداللہ بن یزید، ہمام، سفیان ومنصور و زیاد و بکر، ابن وائل، زہری، سالم، عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے حضرت رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو اور حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیکھا جنازہ کے آگے چلتے تھے۔

The mother of the believers, ‘Aishah, said: “One of the children of the Ansar (who had died) was brought to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم so he prayed for him.” ‘Aishah said: “How fortunate he is, one of the little birds of Paradise. He never did any evil or reached the age of puberty.” He said: “It is better not to say anything, ‘Aishah. Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, created Paradise and created people for it, He created them in the loins of their fathers. And He created Hell and created people for it, and He created them in the loins of their fathers.” (Sahih)
