أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذْ أَحَدُهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ أَوْ هَوِيَ

ترجمہ گزشتہ حدیث کے مطابق ہے۔

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that a man told the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم that he was always being cheated. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said to him: “When you make a deal, say: ‘There is no intention of cheating.” So, whenever the man engages in a deal he says, ‘There is no intention of cheating.”(Sahih).
