أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَی عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَی بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا کَثَرٍ

ترجمہ حسب سابق ہے

It was narrated from Rafi’ bin Khadij that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: This is a mistake, and I do not know who Abu Maimun (one of the narrators) is.
