أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ عَلَی الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ

ترجمہ حسب سابق ہے

It was narrated that Jabir said: “The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: Ash’ath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak.
